Terms of Prize Draw

Competition rules

1. The closing date, by which all entries must have been received by DX-Designs Ltd, is 12am (BST) on the 31st of March 2009.
2. The winner will be drawn at random from the prize draw entrants by the closing time and date.
3. Only eligible entrants are invited to participate in the prize draw. Eligible entrants for purposes of the competition, will be businesses:
   1. 18 years or over; and being
   2. Businesses of the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for tax purposes.
4. Employees and/or agents (and their respective immediate families) of DX-Designs Ltd, and any associated company, are not eligible to enter.
5. Existing clients of DX-Designs Ltd are not permitted to enter the draw.
6. Multiple entries per business are not permitted.
7. DX-Designs does not accept any responsibility for any failure of receipt of entries or for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise invalid.
8. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
9. The prizes are not transferable and there are no cash alternatives, or alternative prizes offered. DX-Designs shall use its best endeavors to contact the winner as soon as reasonably possible after the draw, using the details provided by the entrant.
10. In the event that the winner is not contactable within one month, the prize will be awarded to another entrant drawn from the original entries.
11. DX-Designs Ltd's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner may be requested by DX-Designs Ltd to take part in, or co-operate with its publicity requirements, upon reasonable notice.
13. DX-Designs reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or supplement these rules at any time, or to cancel the competition without notice.
14. Prize consists of advertised components. Any additional content including extra HTML pages, Flash animation, CMS or functionality (including e-commerce) is chargeable.
15. All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules by entering the competition.
